  UPDATED Just a quick note to say that I turned up early for my eye test and they fitted me in ahead of schedule. Polite, efficient, decent value - nice people doing good work. Thank you. UPDATED: This was a five star review and the they didn't deliver what they promised they would. I had to fly back overseas without the frames I had been promised. I chased them when I had heard nothing and they admitted they weren't ready. Otherwise I'd never have known until I turned up to collect them. Worse still they tried to charge me 2/3 of the price for just one pair of glasses. I had to threaten them with taking this further - before they made a more appropriate discount. Very poor. Such a shame after they had been so friendly and helpful in person. UPDATED: All more than sorted. Eventually received frames as promised plus free choice of any frames in the shop and free lenses. Staff fixing them in 20 minutes and even coming to find me in a local coffee shop to say they are sorted. Really incredible service. Above and beyond. Mistakes get made - it's how you fix them that count.
