  A rude and petulant lady from behind the till was greatly offended by a conversation I was having with my friend about a similar shop that used to exist in Hexham. She suggested that her shop was extremely 'personal' and continued to tell me off in front of other customers. Quite taken back, as I was about to make a specific purchase of an item, I left this shop. I will never return. It saddens me that someone who is promoting goods for positivity and spirituality struggles to radiate an ounce of this through their personality. Truly shocked.
